Bugfix and Tweaks

Excessive armor removed from Titans and replaced with a new Mechanic that better fits the intended goal, fixed Neither Here, Nor There failing to grant Hinters immunity to Explosions.

Also updated some of the base intermod-compat configs to reflect the improvements made in Unit Flag Extended, as well as the innate support for The Requiem Legion that the amazing Rusty Dios added!

The Mechtoids are now required to undergo a mandatory education on how to actually use their Coring Lances effectively, and thus will be a more terrible menace than ever before!
