4/2/24 Titan Tweaks - Reworked Titanic Fortitude for better balance in basegame, LW, and Modjam environs.
The Titan deals +1 Damage per 10% Missing Health.
All incoming Non-Electrical and Non-Psionic damage is reduced proportionally to the Titan's Missing Health Percentage.
Electrical Attacks deal increased damage to this Unit.

Magna's Supremacy, Legion's Dominance, and Close Quarters Combatant can no longer trigger on the Requiem Unit's own turn. This means that trying to Bladestorm is a bit less suicidal.

A couple bugfixes, code improvements, and some new content!

Tier 2 and higher ADVENT Turrets spawned on the map may undergo an Upgrade, transforming into a different type of turret. This is configurable in the Spawning Ruleset.
