Rooted out issues with L1A1 floaty bullets finally. Adjusted P226 material. Probably something else too.

Incoming update: Improved third person transforms on all weapons. Repaired broken third person muzzle transforms on M4A1 and M16. Added reload sounds and adjusted hip fire recoil on CZ-75. Fixed some floaty mag and hand issues with FAL and L1A1.

Fixed floaty mags and misc broken anims on M16, FN FAL, AMD-65 and L1A1. Fixed SR-25 loading too many bullets from empty. Increased damage falloff for the P226 so it shouldn't be too strong outside of normal pistol ranges. Lowered kickback (recoil) on the automatic AMD-65. It's still hard to use, but is better for mid-range engagments with short bursts and tap shots.
