Added the Pump Action SPAS and a gear version

Added SPAS-15 normal and slug. Both are kinda insane. Moved current M249 into a large gear slot and doubled reserve ammo, and added M68 optic version as primary. Changed L1A1 fire sound. It's better now. Shrunk P226 suppressor ever so slightly for ease of use in aiming. Increased damage on multiple weapons.

Changed optic on the Honeybadger cause I broke it somehow. Added the new version of the P226 ALT version. Changed the Makarov's grip to one with a star engraved into it. Tried to fix the opaque white sight glass in NVGs, but not much results so far.

I made a LOT of balancing changes. Damage and Falloff have been dramatically adjusted, Ultimax got a big buff, M4A1 standard issue is auto again and both Honeybadgers are semi (at least for now), removed the flyby sound from the shotgun projectiles so you don't shit your pants when a bot 200 feet away decides to take a pot shot at you with one of the shotguns. And in bigger news, INCOMING WEAPON: M249 SAW. The P226 changes may come later, but all efforts went into research and production of the M249. There is now a "Crew" M4 available in the secondary slot. I may have made other changes that I've forgotten about... oh well.

Added sounds and laser to the SR-25 sniper

Removed Heavy damage from all incorrect projectiles. No more jeep hunting. Added temporary tag "Free World Arms Industries" for the intended weapons. I reserve the right to change it later. SR-25 Equipped built and added. Playtesting the SR-25 with it's high power optic has revealed how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring it is to one-tap targets with a semi-auto rifle with a 25 round mag and a scope on top of that. The Standard issue SR-25 will likely be keeping it's damage of 120 past 200 meters, but the scoped rifle will definitely not. In addition, the SR-25 and M-16 Equipped versions will not keep their 100% accuracy while laying down suppressive fire. The Equipped M-16 is likely not going to be able to outshoot the SR-25 at long ranges now except in terms of volume. Further playtesting will be required to really confirm that though. Nerfed P226 damage falloff even harder. It's now 4-shots at what i would call "mid-range for pistols", but retains a very short range one shot capability. Fixed a broken material on the Vepr12 Auto. Did something to the AMD-65s, and Czervanian pistols, but forgot what.
