Changed Havens to require a minimum appeal of -2 (was min. 0) to combat the negative appeal effects of some features (rainforest, marsh, etc).

Fixed an issue with the last version's tooltip for ley line adjacency always showing up, whether you are in hermetic order or not.

With this mod enabled, Hermetic Order's ley line adjacency bonuses are now restored to the district placement UI.

Updated this so that when this mod is enabled, the Hermetic Order's usual adjacency bonuses are replaced with a slightly odd version of the adjacency bonus - it will no longer appear on the tile when placing districts, but will appear when the district is completed.

This method was previously used on the Hermetic Order mod, but it made more logical sense to have it work this way. This is done to deny access to this adjacency bonus for Harmonists.
