Further cleanup and some fixes, uses some BMCE 2022 textures now because they are better made, compressed some 2K textures into 1K to be consistent with regular vanilla Black Mesa assets also helping with space, disabled phong on the Custodian, Engineer, and Maintenance because it dosent look nice when there is no alphas on the textures anymore.

Added a 2nd skin to the HEV which is original texture (mostly for posers or for animated props), compressed the worker textures and adjusted phong levels in vmts saving some space and overall looks mildly better.

When i compressed the worker textures it gave the whole model phong instead of just the vest, so i had tone it down enough, its not as noticeable, i also deleted the duplicated normalmaps even though all the workers use the exact same body but have different normalmaps and made the appropriate vmt adjustments.

Removed unused textures, further reformatting of textures, 78 MBs saved.

Reformatted some textures, shaving off atleast 20 MBs, not all textures have been reformatted because of issues regarding the texture becoming completely white.

Swapped out original scientist body textures for their light counterparts for consistency with female and casual scientists.

Major Update: Optimized further, shaving off about 40 more mbs of space, updated some textures, made HEV colorable (longjump not included), and added extra skins to the props using existing textures from the addon without the need of submaterial tool for ease of use.
