Significant technical overhaul from previous versions, also removed the props since they were kinda useless anyway.

Remade security division textures and minor material fixes.

Remade Colorable HEV textures to be brighter, Mipmaps disabled on it though to avoid ugly white lines.

Backported fixed normalmaps and later texture revisions/more of my own textures for the pack.

also fixed the colorable longjump which broke when i merged all the faces on all the models.

Removed extra 02 and 03 male models as ive made every male now use all face textures instead of them being split into different models (such as the Guards and Scientists) due to a cracked compiler, several other models that used a small selection of faces now also use all of them like the Custodian, Construction Worker, etc.

This saves a lot more space.

Added BMCE faces to Black Ops assassin, trimmed unused textures, and removed the disabled nvg off skins and textures.

Added the Black Ops Female assassin, its just Hastors maskless version modified a tiny bit to fit in with the rest of the pack to complete the Black Ops male assassins.
