Optimized lua and corrected typos in names.

i was incredibly tired when i made these.

Remade the engineer vest using the alternate vest as a base, it was badly made and looked like it was imported and exported a hundred times while the other workers, the Custodian and Maintenance, were perfectly fine.

All the female faces have the same treatment now, 90% of textures now dont have a green tint on them.

Did the same thing on all the Male faces, and partially the female faces, and also did the worker textures which i forgot.

The DXT Update:

using a Ai model designed to remove texture compression from source textures, i cleaned all the vanilla BM/BMCE textures, re-exported my custom textures using it, on a majority of textures, this makes them more true to their original color, and less green, which is easy to see on white textures.

Virtually no difference in filesize, the textures were recompressed under a updated DXT format that gives less visual compression.

Big changes to security division textures, less stuff inherited from Mao longs guards and more stuff from scratch.

Moved some bodygroups around on the marines for ease of selection, removed the hurt female scientist bodygroup, and slimmed down some textures more.
