This update, these are the new modded Vigour recovery values while idle:
idle -30 >> -27
idle_in_building -30 >> -27
idle_rain -17 >> -15
idle_snow -17 >> -15

Nerfed the modded recovery rate from 167% of vanilla values down to 150% of vanilla. This is further fine-tuning of fatigue recovery of units who manage to catch their breath a bit during battle.

Nerfed the modded recovery rate from 200% of vanilla values down to 167% of vanilla. This is further fine-tuning of fatigue recovery of units who manage to catch their breath a bit during battle. I think at last, I will not feel vigour recovery is too fast. Now this should be just right...

Nerfed the modded recovery rate from 230% of original down to 200% of original. This is further fine-tuning of fatigue recovery of units who manage to catch their breath a bit during battle.

These are the new modded Vigour recovery values while idle:

Nerfed the modded recovery rate from 350% of original down to 230% of original. Because during test battles I found that a Winded unit recovered to Fresh in 15-17 game seconds... that's a little bit too fast. With the new values, Winded units should recover to Fresh in 23-26 game seconds.

I wanted to be able to cycle ranks, but we shouldn't be able to completely refresh Exhausted units too easily. We should feel some time constraints and be able to recover Exhausted units only up to say Winded or Tired, before needing to throw them back in. There should be a range of fatigued units on the battlefield, not only Exhausted (those who couldn't rest) and Fresh (those who managed to rest a few seconds).
