Update for minor adjustment and effect scope fixes to WoC followers and items.

Update for the following adjustments;

Items changed in rarity:
- Channeling staff; Common > Uncommon
- Tormentor sword; Common > Uncommon
- Opal Amulet; Common > Uncommon
- Scroll of Leeching Rare > Uncommon

Item adjusted in stats:
-Scroll of Leeching; no longer gives any benefit outside its bound spell


These changes are made with intent to have items better reflect their value as well as aid with fusing to try gain items outside of drop rng.

Update for hotfix 4.2.1.

New adjustments;

- Slaneesh and Khorne 'Mutant' followers now also reduce cost/upkeep for Forsaken (previously only worked for Spawn)

- Kairos Fateweaver; 'Fragments' arcane items gained from his skill three now also grants a corresponding bound spell from the lore as well as bonus WoM pool cap.

- 'Orb of Tzeentch' (item that is bound to the Changeling's starting Iridescent Horror hero) now grants Immortality to the hero as well as a Tzeentch Corruption effect.

Update for minor adjustments to follower effect scopes.

Update to work with patch 4.2.

Update for adjustments to some consumable items.

- 'Potion of Foolhardniness', 'Potion of Strenght', 'Potion of Speed' all have had their duration slightly increased.

Minor update for adjustments to a couple of Vampire Coast, Bretonnia and Dwarf generic items.

Update for adjustments to Legendary Lord item abilities.
Majority of LL items with active abilities have had one of the following changes:
- Increased the ability duration.
- Decreased the ability cooldown.
- Increased max uses of ability.

Update for further adjustments to Dwarf crafted items.
