Update for adjustments to some of the Dwarf crafted items changed in patch 5.0.

Update to fix out of date table as well as adding a quick bugfix for some of the new characters mounts being mislabeled as stealable.

- 'Seed of Rebirth'; rarity increased from "common" > "uncommon".

- 'Tricksters Staff', "Barrier health bonus" changed from +400(Character) to +200(Lord's army).

Update for fixes to 'Gastuva's Egg' item.

-The bound spell is now able to be cast on other friendly target instead of being restricted to self, making it much more usefull.

Update for Chaos Dwarf LL item set effect improvements:
