Added some scripted triggers to make my life a bit easier, and cleaned up the code with what was added in 3.4

Also, replaced a lot of has_authority = auth_machine with is_machine empire for improved compatibility

Gonna wait for ACOT, Gigas, and ESC to update their armies before taking a crack at them.

Added some Condensed Defense armies for Lithoids since I forgot they existed.

Added Condensed Defensive Armies which cost about 75% of a normal assault army, but have upkeep.

Also added a new defensive undead army icon.

You can now embrace your Warhammer 40k fantasies and make a Cadia that never falls.

You should no longer get armies from mods you don't have installed.
Double negatives are a thing I guess.

Updated the localisation so that it feels a little more in-character.
