[MINOR]

Major Items:
-Implemented custom Story Sandbox and Plots for CIS and Republic. This doesn't do anything new yet, but it does fix some Crash to Desktop errors (concerning the CU heroes respawning if you already captured their last planet) and will allow custom intros/events down the road.
-Increased Dedra Meero's Sensor Ping ability radius by 2.25x
-Reduced Imperial Warlords starting cash on some GCs (this doesn't slow them down a ton, but it's something)

Various Fixes:
-Fixed bug where CIS Star Bases weren't spawning at start correctly on some GCs
-Fixed bug where Warlord tank regiments weren't spawning at start correctly on some GCs
-Fixed bug where Imperial Watchtowers weren't spawning at start correctly on some GCs
-Corrected Imperial starting forces on Coruscant for Observer GC

[MAJOR]

New Heroes:

-The Republic Hardliners are now able to request assistance from the deadly Reaper Squadron, using high performance Z-95 Clone Variant MultiRole strikecraft.
-Sullust sends its regards in the form of the SoroSuub Enforcer squadron, BlackAsh Company. Only the Separatist Holdouts are capable of negotiating their contact for hire.
-The Empire gains access to Dedra Meero in Rise of the Empire. They'll be able to use her intelligence gathering expertise right off the bat- but she's a one-off hero. If she's taken out, the quietly competent Imperial is gone for good.


New Features:

-The Republic and CIS received a complete infrastructure overhaul! This includes Outposts and Starbases, now brought to the standard set by the Major Factions.
-As an exclusive feature, they can build powerful Restored Capital Buildings variants of Outposts on their former capital worlds, Coruscant and Raxus Secundus respectively. This is the first step towards adding full story events and post-game events down the road.
-Admiral Trench receives the finished version of his full livery, courtesy of the skilled texturer Kalani!
-The CIS gains access to the STAP to serve as an auxiliary scouting role. Thanks to Kasderan for helping me out with the art assets for this!


Balance Changes:

-Reduced AI Combat Power for the DH-Omni since the AI was producing a lot of them, very mildly upped Munificient AI Combat Power
-Reduced the pop cap increase for Minor Starbases by 10 for each level
-Rebalanced the Casual Web Way for an equal start among all factions
-Increased PD defense radius on the Geonosian corvette
-Added Rendili back to Imperial control for the Grand GC and Twilight Struggle
-Fully removed the Warlord worlds with the exception of Csilla in the Rise of the Empire GC
-Lowered Apailana's upgraded form requirements to a Lvl 2 Starbase


Quality of Life Changes:

-Swapped Republic Gozanti Squadron icon from Empire variant to Republic livery variant


Various Fixes:

-Added the icons for the Rebel Fortessa and Rebel One that was added via hotfix/patch
-Fixed Toonbuck Toora not being able to be built. Not sure if this resulted from the latest patch or not?
-Corrected strings and added a Garrison version to the Z-95 CVB
-Removed SPHA-T lifetime build limits

Notes

New Hero:
-Admiral Trench survives! He joins the CIS roster at Tech 3 to provide hyper-lethal dreadnaught support and powerful defensive buffs to his fleets.
Big shout out to Niko for his helpful discussion on hardpoints, musings on how the AI makes judgements on how to utilize broadsides and for the original pitch for the hero.

New Units:
-Added the Republic V-Wing ground unit, which is their Air Superiority unit
-Added the CIS MAF Gunship, which is the Confederacy's new rugged gunship. It's the Hind of its day!
-Added the Clone variant of the Z95 Headhunter, the R-95 CVI, and the bomber version, the R-95 CVB. Credit to Grimley and Kalani for providing these assets!

Twilight Struggle changes:
-Imperial AI gains access to Muunilinst for all non-CIS starts
-Imperial AI gains access to the Death Star and Executor on start for non-Imperial starts
-The Rebel Alliance starts with the Viscount for non-Rebel starts
-Added "**Shrine to the Jedi**" and "**Shrine to the Sith**", which are AI exclusive buff buildings

Balance Changes:
-Belbullab-22 and Bellbullab-24 squadrons limits added. I was being spammed by these by the AI, so there clearly needs to be a cap. Currently capped at 15 squadrons each
-Bumped up max Arc-170's Squadrons to 10 squadrons
-Added Correlian building options for the Republic

Various Fixes:
-Adjusted comments on CIS Regiments file for anyone perusing it.
-Expanded faction selection dropdown box
-Replaced Republic Z-95 garrisons with Z-95 CVI
-Changes to *Rise of the Empire's* Tech Up reinforcement script to include ground units
-Fixes for the UT-AT
-Fixed the DH-Omni's upkeep costs for major factions
-Fixed the fighter garrison strings on CIS Supplyship
-Added major faction filters to submod exclusive units

Quality of Life changes:
-Fixed strings for fighter loadouts on Republic Secutor
-N1B Icon utilized for Apailana's N1B Garrison, so you can identify them at a glance.
-Added ground variant icons for the Vulture and V-wing. They're not very *pretty* yet but I'll nail down a standardized icon for ground versions.
-Added a black/neutral DH-Omni for other factions to utilize
