Added settlement plan graphics for barbarian large and huge cities as well as their relevant building level equivalents in sieges. Modified Imperial Palaces to allow general bodyguard recruitment and retraining even when the building is of a different culture. Removed duplicate recruitment of Pontic Heavy Cavalry in Royal Cavalry Stables.

Minor update to remove duplicate text strings and the update the campaign script a bit to be more efficient with regard to the settlement capture.

Add character models (assassin, diplomat, merchant, general, captain, spy) for the 5 new factions. Add a script to remove agents when an AI city is captured so that the new settlement owner can recruit new agents. Clean up some unused files.

Fixed some trigger issues, added captain cards for Taulantii, fixed some script issues with regards to the senate, further reduced mercenary AI recruitment - AI sometimes preferred mercenaries over their faction troops

Get rid of debugging senate file, add some more trait triggers, remove some useless script, add in script to kill diplomats who get bribed or diplomats for hording AI
