Fix 20 factions heir issues. Change up how non-family generals are spawned at game start. This now allows for the family tree to only show important family members, non-royal family members will now just be generals and incapable of inheritance. Save compatible.

Fix some missing textures for rebel romans and rebel carthage that may have been causing CTDs. Add rebel parthia and rebel judea. Add extensive campaign scripting.

Major save breaking update. Adds 2 rebel factions. Makes all factions hordes (so that if a faction with armies in the field dies, they still persist). Added/fixed several units (mainly to Thracian/Dacian factions). Various other changes.

Minor update to spartan generals to make them more expensive to match their stats, minor update to faction relations to make certain factions more aggressive/friendly towards one another, minor update to native building to make revolts for AI less likely, minor update to campaign to free up Roman factions from not attacking Italic city states and to turn off rebelling characters as this mostly impacted AI armies only.

Moved the religion bonus from Traditions building to script so that official religion will be dictated by player. Added localisation for Traditions building for German. Adjusted battle formations a bit more.
