(Back-end) Every job now uses vanilla script values for weighting, amenities, and trade instead of hard-coding every possibility. This has the added benefit of supporting any modded traits and hopefully better performance while still being dynamic.
(Balance) The Xeno Adaption Facility now gives +10% habitability instead of +5% to make it slightly better than the standard Frontier District.

Fixed l_braz_por not working
building_clone_vats and building_spawning_pool are now in eutab_01_pop_assembly.txt and are in the Pop Assembly category. Deleted eutab_02_government_buildings.txt

Files are no longer being overwritten. Robot + Machine assembly plant now uses the correct icon.

The Machine Assembly plant now uses the correct icon, so the entire tree (Assembly Plant > Assembly Complex > Automation Sector) looks visually consistent instead of changing icons every other upgrade.

(QOL) Most EUTAB buildings should now state that they are upgrades to another in their respective techs.
(Balance) Hydroponics Tower now requires an upgraded capital on the planet.
(Balance) Grand Hall of Justice now requires an upgraded capital on the planet.
(Balance) Exploratory Guard Station now reduces sprawl from pops by 2.5% instead of +5 Edict Funds
(New!) Fanatic Spiritualist Tech: One True Faith - Requires One Vision AP!

(Notice) The Micro Replicators tech will NOT tell you that the Preservation Nexus is an upgrade to the Maintenence Depot. I cannot fix this w/o overwriting the vanilla tech. What I can do, however, is tell you that in the description of the building itself when you hover over it in the tech description.

(Back-end) Reorganized the localisation keys. No effect on gameplay.
(Back-end) Modified job tooltips to be more in-line with vanilla.
(Back-end) Trying out the new event inheritance thing, no effect on gameplay.
(Back-end) Added placeholder localisation for every other supported language.
(Compatibility) Replaced EUTAB's redundant scripted triggers with vanilla ones.
(Compatibility) Replaced many checks of has_authority with scripted triggers.
(Compatibility) Added a new scripted trigger eu_has_research_district for other mods to add their own districts into. This is only used in like, 2 places for the AI. (Gigas supported already)
(Compatibility) Had to overwrite the is_democracy scripted trigger as it is bugged and checks for both auth_democratic and auth_corporate instead of either.
(Fixes) Quite a few tier 2 techs were still using the 60-80 tech weight factors instead of 35-40.
(Fixes) A few buildings were checking for the wrong strategic resource deficit.
(Fixes) Medigel Cultivator now uses empire_limit instead of a wonky workaround.
(Fixes) Breed Efficiency Characteristics I is no longer locked behind a Machine Empire tech for some reason.
(Fixes) Breed Efficiency Characteristics I-IV now also reduce Pop Mineral upkeep for Lithoid Hive-Minds.
(Balance) Most buildings now have destroy and convert triggers.
(Balance) Frontier Settlement now gives +4 Housing, +5% Habitability, +10% Energy, Minerals, and Food from jobs, +2 Clerks, and +1 Building Slot.
(QOL) Frontier Settlement upgrades now state that they are upgrades and not stand-alone buildings.
(Balance) Hydroponic Farms on any planet can now be upgraded to Hydroponics Towers.
(Balance) Grand Hall of Justice can now be built on any planet with at least 80 pops.
(Balance) Medigel Cultivator cannot be built on Thrall Worlds.
(Balance) Hive Beta Node provides -1% Empire Sprawl from Colonies instead of Edict Funds.
(Balance) Hive Alpha Node provides -2% Empire Sprawl Effect instead of Edict Funds.
(Balance) Drone Command Node provides +20% Blocker Clearing speed instead of Edict Funds.
(Balance) Many edicts were migrated to the new perpetual upkeep type. The AI should now use them.
(Balance) Buy Influence Edict now reduces Energy and Minerals income by -5% instead of -7.5%

(New!) Fanatic Egal Building: Colonial Adaptation Laboratory

With these changes, the AI will now actually build the Frontier Settlement! Even on GA, they'll build it as long as it gives them what they want. So you should see more EUTAB stuff from the AI.

Battle Thralls should now take Gladiator jobs.
Robots under Servitude no longer take Minor Noble jobs.
