### BALANCE ###
* Caretaker Drones now turn 2 Energy and 1.5 Minerals into 4 Unity (Was 1, 1, and 2)
* Hive Beta node now gives +4 Caretaker Drone jobs (from +5)
* Hive Alpha Node now requires a major upgraded capital (Hive Nexus or equivalent) instead of 60 pops
* Hive Alpha node now gives +6 Caretaker Drone jobs (from +10)
* Geothermal Tap now gives +4 Technician Jobs (from +3). Machine Empires now suffer from +2.5% Job Upkeep per Geothermal Tap
* Local Expansion Node now gives +4 Caretaker Drone jobs (Was +10) and no longer produces Research Ex Nihilo. Now only costs 400 Minerals and 150 Energy, and Food Upkeep was removed.

### NEW! ###
* Hive Mind Tier 4 Technology: Hazard Drones (Requires Gene Tailoring Tech and Hive Worlds AP) Terraform Speed +25%, Amenities Usage: -15%
* Hive Mind Tier 4 Technology: Optimised Growth Hormones (Requires Genome Mapping and Galactic Force Projection AP) Pop Growth Reduction: -5%

Spawning Garden (Spawning Pool upgrade):
- +3 Augmentation Drone jobs if you have the Modular Cybernetics Tradition
- Displays the correct Spawning Drone job description if you have the Necrophage Origin

Hydroponics Tower (Hydroponics Farm upgrade):
- Now provides either Farmers, Anglers, or Acolytes of the Plow similar to the vanilla Hydroponics Farm
- The AI should now destroy this if they don't need it

Battle Praxeum (Military Academy upgrade):
- AI should now destroy if not on a military planet

Minor script updates for things like the Crucible Colony, etc.

Also, I added a scripted trigger for more compatibility.

+4.5 Monthly Organic Pop Assembly (+6 Monthly Organic Pop Assembly with Stem Cell Stimulation)

(Bugfix) tech_eutab_frontier_adaptation.dds broke for some reason, so I just copy+pasted the original EUTAB's image file for it.
