1: Xeno District building produce Xenoanthopogist job, but doesn't show this job's effect_desc. - FIXED
2: hive edicts (like edict_e_eutab_h_mineral_focus) names are written as an image (like gfx/interface/icon/eutab_h_mineral_focus.dds), so can't be replace with translated text. - FIXED, replaced with actual strings instead of images

Removed files that were already commented out by the original mod author, no gameplay difference.
Re-enabled the event that sets a global flag because for some reason it was commented out??

added type = produces to ai_resource_production to buildings that needed it

Big bugfix

1: In Ver 3.3 Vanilla, many economic_categories has "parent = planet_jobs_productive". But some economic_categories (like planet_researchers) are overwritten by one with "parent = planet_jobs". - FIXED?
2: Some researcher-variant jobs (like eutab_master_bio) have technocracy bonus, but researchers lost it in Ver 3.3 Vanilla. - FIXED
3: Many EUTAB technologies have expertise weight modifier, but technocracy doesn't affect it. - FIXED
4: "mod_planet_administrators_society_research_produces_add" modifier is not localized while "planet_administrators_society_research_produces_add"(without "mod_") is added. - FIXED
5: Military academy and Battle praxeum don't produce Unity, with Citizen Service civic. - FIXED
6: Planetary parliament produces clerk jobs instead of Stability, with parliamentary_system civic. - FIXED
