Changed:

- Added a delay on medical equipment, first aid kits now take some time before healing begins

- Fixed strange identifiers for NPC itemsets (how did i not notice them prior?)

- Removed some more redundant sounds (this will cause issues on first load and also with EHA FFE, i've already notified Shorty and he'll update his mod once available to)

Hotfix to a missing weapon sound and an overhaul to special rigs (they can support backpacks again, at the cost of massively decreased non-combat skills)

Heavily nerfed Heavy Coilgun HE ammo (it now no longer 1 taps Hammerheads), fixed Semenov Artefact containment logic and buffed Caseless AR Incendiary magazines to be more viable.

Changed:

- Almost every magazine/cartridge recipe to reflect the new vanilla system (they're technically more expensive now)
- Overhauled Anti-Sub Physicorium Grenade (it now actually penetrates)
- Overhauled Artefact containment methods to reflect vanilla
- Removed ability for CBRN suit to contain items other than an oxygen tank
- Fixed Submarine Weapon and Ammo Fabricator UI scaling problems
- Revamped grenades (they now have grenade sounds and particle effects)
- Renamed Revolving GL to Oppressor GL
- Balanced GLs (single shot GLs now take time to reload, the Oppressor GL jams after ~8-12 consecutive shots)
- Revamped Piercing and Phys Piercing shell sprites
