Changes:
  • The Heart Emblem now functions differently on multiplayer due to the heart not dropping
    - Instead of the super heart dropping, the player is instantly healed for 20 health
    - Bosses now always drop 3 hearts or 60 health upon falling below half life
  • Asteroid Bars now require 3 Asteroid fragments to craft, but no longer require any Chlorophyte bars
    - The bar requirement for all Asteroid gear has been halved and rounded up
  • Lowered the Star Warrior helmet equipped sprite by one pixel
  • The Equinox rarity has been increased form Pink to Light Purple
Bug/Oversight Fixes:
  • Certain projectiles no longer damage town NPCs
  • The Mechanical Spikes can no longer be obtained after defeating just one mech

  • The Heavy Boots now grant immunity frames when falling onto an enemy
    - Falling directly onto an enemy now knocks them away
    - Fast falling only slightly slows down your horizontal movement
  • The glowmasks for all armour sets are slightly less intense
  • The Moonling now always drops 6-12 of each fragment on death
    - Now drops more Luminite
  • Tweaked the Cryofreezer sprite
    - Projectile now moves slightly faster
  • Tweaked the Flow Invader Staff Sentry’s sprite

Bug/oversight fixes
  • The Lunatic Hood of command is now correctly dropped from the Lunatic Cultist Treasure bag

Updated the mod to work with the preview branch up until the 1st of August, and from there the main branch
Changes:
  • Updated the sprites for the enchanted enemy weapons
    - The Blade of Light now only ricochets 4 times instead of 5
  • The Sticky Launcher now drops with more ammo
  • The Wooden Pendant, Pointy Wooden Stick, and Wooden Crossbow can now generate in living wood chests
  • The Celestial Barrier minimum damage to activate has been reduced from 60/90 to 50/75
  • The Betsy’s Flame now works with channelling weapons the same way it works with other weapons, it has the same chance to generate the flames each time its usetime is counted to.
    - The flames move and home faster, and deal slightly more damage
  • The Temple Guardian now gets weaker after the Plantera has been defeated
    - Health is lowered from 2000/4000/6000 to 1200/2400/3600, defence from 32 to 16, projectile damage from 70/140/210 to 50/100/150, and it fires at a slower rate
  • Updated the Angry Mushroom banner sprite
Bug Fixes:
  • The Mechanical Spikes should now correctly destroy projectiles on multiplayer
  • The Blazing Star should now correctly reflect projectiles at enemies on multiplayer
    - Reflected projectiles damage now scale with difficulty on enemies
  • The Blazing Star and Frozen Polestar projectile no longer disappears after 30 seconds of continuous use
  • The Cultist Minion Projectiles from the Lunatic Hood of Command now play the correct sound on impact

Changes
  • Updated the Arid Spirit Minion sprite, and renamed the minion to “Ancient Arid Minion”
  • The Asteroid Blade fragments and Asteroid Armour Boulders now fall down much faster
  • The Derpling Minion sprite has been tweaked
  • The Pharaoh’s urn now creates 2 orbiting sand projectiles around the player, this replaced the sand blast that occurred upon striking enemies
    - The Sand trail now last longer, but now uses static immunity (Enemies can only hit the trail every 10 frames, does not interfere with other piercing projectiles)
  • Removed the extra bonuses from both Derpling head pieces
  • The Golden Derpie pet now has its own AI, similar to the Derpling minion when not attacking, but faster and stays in front of the player
  • The Overloaded Scandrones lightning portals are now much larger, purely a visual change
  • Updated some of the Asteroid gear tooltips
  • The Camouflaged Derpling now drops Chlorophyte ore again
Bug/Oversight Fixes
  • The Shockwave from the Derping armour set bonus now uses local immunity
  • All modded yoyos now use Static immunity, fixing issues with piercing projectiles

Changes
  • Certain vanilla enemies are now immune to certain modded debuffs
    - All enemies immune to Frostburn are now immune to Cryoburn, and UltraFreeze
    - All enemies immune to onfire are now immune to Blazing Fire, Soulburn, and Ultraburn
    - All Desert enemies are now immune to Forbidden Burn
  • The UltraFreeze debuff now slows down non boss enemies
  • The Life Decay potion has been replaced with Blood Grenades, which are crafted from grenades and Bloody Drops
    - They act like regular grenades but explode into several blood orbs that linger on the ground
  • The Soul Blade now only fires 3 projectiles at a time instead of 5, and they have a shorter range and deal 50% the damage of the blade
  • Updated the dust effect of the Beetle Swarm debuff, as well as the particles that appear wen holding a melee weapon with the Beetle Gauntlet equipped
  • Updated the Dust effect of the Spooky Emblem aura and debuff
  • The Hemoglobin Set bonus now creates more blood orbs
  • The Flames created by the Inferno Soul armour are now affected by classless damage
    - The flames now deal 80 base damage (89 with the classless buffs from the armour)
    - The flames now home in slightly faster, and bounce off of walls
  • Updated the Bloody Drop sprite
  • The Dune Blaster has been resprited, and the bestiary description has been updated
    - No longer provides light, but now has a glowmask
  • Removed some unused buffs and debuffs from the mod

Additions
  • Most Town NPCs that drop a weapon on death now sell that weapon at all times
    - Exceptions are the Tax Collector, who has no shop, and the Tavernkeeper, whose shop gets completely full post Golem
    - Vanity drops are not sold
Changes
  • The Stone Cannon use time has been reduced from 35 to 25, but damage has been reduced from 23 to 16.
    - It also now has a higher launch velocity.
  • The Mega Stone Cannon use time has been reduced from 30 to 22, but damage has been reduced from 50 to 48.
    - It no longer inflicts a debuff onto enemies as it has been removed
  • Flaming Stone Cannon use time has been reduced from 30 to 20, but damage has been reduced from 75 to 65, and it always fires only 2 boulders each shot
    - It now inflicts the Ultraburn debuff instead of its own debuff which has been removed
  • The Celestial Stone Launcher’s Vortex boulders now obey gravity like all the other boulders
    - It still ricochets 4 times and pierces once, and also does not lose velocity when ricocheting
  • The Flaming and Celestial Stone launcher projectiles are now larger
  • The Blizzard Baton has been renamed to the Frozen Polestar, and it has been resprited
    - You can now turn around when using it, knocking enemies in the direction faced, and the direction is based on the cursor’s position relative to the player.
    - Its hitbox size has been increased, and it has an after image when spinning
  • The Frost Frizbee sprite has been tweaked
  • The Blazing Star inventory sprite is now a shorter version of the Projectile sprite
    - You can now turn around when using it, knocking enemies in the direction faced, and the direction is based on the cursor’s position relative to the player.
  • The Spectre Orbiter has been renamed and resprited to the Spectre Artifact
    - Usetime has been reduced from 14 to 10, mana usage from 15 to 12, and can summon up to 15 projectiles at once
    - The projectiles now deal double damage when launched, instead of just an extra 50%
  • Gear crafted from bloody Drops has had a slight palette change, and now require slightly more drops
    - The Bloody Treads, Hemoglobin Helmet, Leggings, Weapons, and Tools now requires 5 instead of 3
    - The Hemoglobin Chestplate now requires 6 instead of 4
  • The Hemogolbin helmet Sprite has been updated
  • The Soul Cauldron Sprite along with its minions and banner have been updated, and now tilts less when moving
  • All HellSoul gear has been renamed
    - The Armour is now called “Inferno Soul” armour, with the Chestplate inventory and Leggings equipped sprites being slightly tweaked
    - The HellSoul Bow is now called the “Hell Fury”, and its soul arrow now has slightly stronger homing
    - The HellSoul Blade is now called the “Soul Blade”, and has been resprited, and fires 5 projectiles instead of 4 at a faster velocity
    - The HellSoul Flare is now called the “Hell Flare”, and the sprite has been tweaked
    - The HellSoul Staff is now called the “Soul Cauldron Staff”, and the sprite has been slightly tweaked
    - HellSoul Wings have been renamed to “Hell Flame Wings”
    - The Tools are now called “Soul Pickaxe/Hamaxe”
  • The HellSoul Flames are now slightly translucent
  • A full set of Twilight armour now makes the rocket boots trail purple
  • The Twilight and Storm Diver pets now bop up and down more quickly
  • Hardmode blood Moon fishing enemies no longer drop Bloody Drops
  • The Asteroid Charger spawns slightly less often
  • The Asteroid Orbiter projectile attack is no longer interrupted by attacking it
Bug/Oversight Fixes
  • Projectile npcs no longer drop ThePain mask
  • The Frozen Eyefish, Frozen Spirit, and the Frigid Snowflake are now affected by the warmth potion
  • The Spectre Artifact (Orbiter) projectiles can no longer be launched on the first frame they’re summoned

Bug Fixes
  • The Overloaded Scandrone is now corrected marked as defeated in Boss Checklist on multiplayer

v2.2.4.1
Changes
  • The Overloaded Scandrone’s health has been lowered from 40K/56K/72K to 32K/48K/60K, but it now takes reduced damage from homing projectiles
    - Some of its attacks have been slightly reworked:
    - The sideways lightning attack now fires faster during the first phase. During the second phase it fires at the same speed but also summons 4/5/6 downwards firing portals above the player each time it fires the lightning bolt
    - The Spinning portal attack is now performed on classic mode, but with only 3 portals at a time instead of 5. On master mode 7 portals are summoned at a time
    - The final expert exclusive dash phase now has it summon a single lightning portal, or 2 on master, each time it dashes, but it dashes at a slightly slower rate.
  • All homing projectiles, cursor controlled projectiles, minions, and sentries in the mod now deal reduced damage to the Lunatic Cultist and Overloaded Scandrone
  • The Overloaded Staff sentry now fires slightly faster
  • Only Regular Stone, Ebon/Crimstone, and Pearlstone can be used as ammo for the Stone Cannons, and they all deal the same damage
    - This was done as the previous tier method defeated the purpose of the weapons being used to get rid of excess stone, as the player would be more likely to seek out better stone instead
  • The Bloody treads and Soul Striders speed has been reduced to 41 and 51 mph respectively
    - They now provide deceleration, are no longer long as slippery
  • The Heart Emblem has been slightly reworked
    - Enemies now have a 1 in 4 chance to drop the super heart when they fall below half health, either via damage or DoT debuff
    - Slightly increased the pickup range of the super hearts
  • The Eye of the Dungeon projectiles have a slightly longer homing rage, and now bounce off of tiles
  • Lihzarahd Flametraps fire fireballs less often and at a lower velocity
    - Spawn slightly less often in the temple
Bug Fixes
  • Bloody Drops, along with some other drops are now correctly displayed in the bestiary, with a tooltip line explain when they can be obtained
  • The Frozen Jar now correctly requires 5 hallowed bars instead of just 1
  • The Blizzard Baton no longer has very short immunity frames

Additions
  • Added the Remote Sentry Detonator, crafted from Iron/Lead bars and Amethyst
    - On use it removes all of your placed sentries in the world
Changes
  • The Stone Launchers have been renamed to Stone Cannons, with the Lunar being renamed to Celestial Stone Cannon
    - The base Stone Cannon knockback has been reduced from 6 to 5, but shoot velocity has been increased, and no longer takes the player's velocity into account
    - Added glowmasks to the Super and Celestial cannon boulders
  • The Stone Cannons now use different types of stone as their ammo, with 3 tiers of damage and knockback
    - Regular Stone, Marble, Granite, and Sandstone are the first tier
    - Ebonstone and Crimstone are the second tier
    - Pearlstone, and Hallowed/Corrupted Sandstone are the third tier
  • Compact Boulders are now a throwable weapon,
    - They throw out the same projectile as the base stone launcher, but with far less range and damage
    - Can no longer be crafted in groups of 333
  • Mysterious Cultist Hood projectile now uses local immunity and hit enemies slightly less often
    - Improved the dust effect when the laser is charged
  • The Lunatic Portal Sentry now fires at a slower rate, but the lightning projectile can pierce an unlimited amount of enemies
    - The lightning now loses 10% damage for each enemy it hits
  • Santank armour set bonus missiles and the Shroom armour set bonus mushrooms are once again affected by ranged and even classless damage
    - The base damage of the missiles has been lowered to 160, but with the damage buffs from the Santank armour they deal 208 damage minimum
    - The base damage of the mushroom has been lowered to 18, but with the damage buffs from the Shroom armour they deal 19 damage minimum
  • Asteroid armour with the helmet set bonus asteroids are once again affected by classless damage
    - The base damage of them has been lowered to 120, but with the damage buffs from the armour set, they deal 153 damage minimum
  • The Mini Cultist sentries damage from the Lunatic hood of command are once again affected by summon damage
    - They are no longer affected by how many minion slots you have
  • All modded sentries now last 10 minutes (vanilla ones will become 10 minutes in a future terraria update)
  • Added the screenshake effect to when the Mysterious Cultist Hood fires it laser, and when detonating Spiky Bombs with the Spiky Bomb launcher
  • Temple Guardians now spawn slightly less often Post-Plantera
  • Renamed some recipe groups to be less confusing
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue that made you immune to enemy projectiles if specific damaging updating weapons were used
  • Created a work around for where the Mysterious Cultist Hood would sometimes immediately deplete your mana when charging
    - Now initially drains no mana when first used, but as soon as the laser fires 10 mana (affected by mana usage) is used up and the regular drain rate continues
    - Cannot be used if the player currently has less than 10 mana
    - This does mean it can no longer obtain mana-modifying modifiers
    - Mana also no longer attempts to regen while the laser is being fired

  • Increased the Drop rate of the icicle staff from underground ice enemies
  • The Lihzarhrd Spinner has been renamed to the “Lihzarhrd Sawblade”
  • The Blizzard Baton and Blazing Star damage now gets updated while it is spinning
  • The Mechanical Spikes projectile damage reduced from 100 to 80, and no longer ignore defence

  • Fixed a glitch where summoning the Storm Coil portal for the first time would make it return to you instantly
