8/1/2022: To-do:

*New scout required to replace barbarian scout of Rise of Nations - this means a new Chinese and Arab skin must be devised, too.
**Scout, Explorer abilities all seem to take 40 ticks each.
*New General unit needs to be added.
*Rome and Illyrya and Greece must be given prcedence.

Siege machines should be pretty much done at this point
* Germans - Siege benefits revoked.
* Greeks - research is cheaper but not as fast as in vanilla.

So that means only archers, and mercs for Rome need fixing.

*SIEGE MACHINES: Most units now receive siege weapons. But icons are still messed up, and a review of the units is still required.
*Persian, German and Roman units rejigged. Persian units are missing icons.
* Found out that the "cheat safe" line can be used as a debugging tool!

* Sound engineering work done for Batt Rams and Towers.
* No further work expected to be done until Hegetor / Siege Ram is completed - both Roman and Assyrian versions.
