Changed difficulty "1" to have travelling enabled with drugs but not open and visible weapons.

Fixed jobs pop up debug on "Y" menu only due to "spawn" usage instead of "call" usage. Fixed "lease" function calculation to alert players when buying buildings by setting player getVariable under "IsNil" to check for lease conditions that exist when not all players lease, fixed "FOB" placement because of variable name mismatch. TLDR 3 less bugs.

Added Crypto-tech-priest market finally onto the priests spawning in Church. Refined Misc item placement has broken since 2021 (sorry), and honed other code like FOB placement checks due to base so it's less buggy.

Should be good to go until the future.

-Fixed Warehouse sorting because i accidentally left debug code pasted in there, haha whoops.

-Added SEARCH for NAMES instead of CLASSNAMES for all objects in warehouses and import/export ports.
-Warehouses and Import/Export places will no longer list items without NAMES or items without PICTUREs.
-Thus fixing vehicle mounted items appearing.
