- The "Strange Singularity" anomaly now has its own prescripted system, because the spawn odds were infinitesimally tiny before.
- Fixed broken city art on the Shadow World.
- Fixed some depreciated scripted effects.
- Added a scripted effect: "is_mzilli_shadow", requested by @Inny [The Merger].

- Updated to 3.7.
- A few events and scripted solar systems have been temporarily disabled until I can find time to properly update them to the new 3.7. mechanics. Hopefully this won't be long.

- Fixed a bug that was causing "Landlocked No More" to trigger multiple times.
- Temporarily disabled the multiplanetary primitive system from spawning (it will still work in existing save games).

I will do a more comprehensive bugfix patch after 3.7 releases.
