Added a light switch in the Command Room that shows the status of Backup Battery Power. If you see the green light turned on the Batteries are giving power into the grid.

Somehow the wrong version was uploaded to the workshop. The version uploaded had two crates filled with powerful materials along with having issues where the decorative items on the cabinets were falling onto the ground. Hopefully I now have the correct version uploaded where these issues are fixed.
