Enemies don't drop their modifiers when using the monsters_drop_your_guns mod since that mod handles this in its own way.

There's now a configurable chance for enemies to drop their modifier on death. Default 1% chance.

Excluded a few modifiers that don't do anything. Lost Soul from New Enemies doesn't get modifiers now, because it can cause crashes with them.
