A very delayed update
Updated the busking code so it should work more consistently
Aancers, being an old faction, should now have cherubs which can show up occasionally
Adjusted the spawn rate of dancer encounters downward

Fixed some issues with busking rewards where certain varieties of tip wouldn't spawn
Fixed an issue with the xml files that could cause a crash on starting a new game

Fixed an error that was preventing the mod from loading correctly.
Improved the xml tables so that dancer related encounters should now be significantly less common.

Updated NPC skills to fix a crash introduced in the Palladium Reef update
Changed spawn weights for odd encounters and added additional encounters to reduce the odds of running into Dancer NPCs in the wild

Fixed some errors that were preventing legendary dancers from being created correctly

Dancers now have their own faction and should have their own heroes appearing occassionally throughout Qud
Slightly adjusted encounter rates
Updated the dancer sprites so they should be more readable
