Hadean gun tower - changed collision to be more accurate
-fixed (increased) AI range of its main weapon to 200 (for some reason was 100)

-various Id card (.inf) fixes and adjusted assault pulse stabber to not damage firer unit. Thanks to Rhade for noting these.

Flames begin later on buildings (90% to 80% health) and adjusted stages of flame, so not so on fire so soon.

Added soundJump to applicable vehicles like BZ1 -weird that I'd missed that. Removed BZCC unused soundTurbo.

Redid serv/ammo/repa and powerups to launch 0.5 secs from armory like BZ1. While serv pods from recy take standard 5.0 secs.
Fixed walkers to not be so fixated on a target, but to react better when being shot by another enemy.

Powerups and service pod buildtime reduced to 2 sec from 5 secs (BZCC default), to strike balance from BZ1/BZR where Recy builds pods in 5 secs, and armory builds almost instantly.
