Added a completely new deletion method in this update. You will need to re-delete your builds one last time on this one.

New deletion method is update-proof and deletes 40k objects per second with the binarized mode turned on. You can now delete NWAF with minimal loading impact.

- Fixed a bug that would cause 'Error Opening Cache'
- Fixed map files being able to be loaded on other maps they were not intended for (Enoch builds will no longer load on ChernarusPlus)

Note: Your cache files will be regenerated this update, which means you will load in slower on the first attempt, all subsequent attempts should be back to normal.
