+ Matt can now look!
+ Tap DSpecial can now be used twice (instead of only once) in the air before anti-stall will kick in
+ Grounded USpecial has slightly quicker startup (-3f), and a bit less endlag in general. Matt can now also cancel the move if the lightning strike spiked someone above him, allowing him to do other followups (or if they tech, just not get punished for hitting them at least)
+ DAttack has a bit less startup (f15->f12) and a bit less endlag. It should also be somewhat quicker and safer when charged
+ DAttack can be cancelled a bit earlier on hit and the sourspot should be better for combos. The sweetspot is also a bit stronger uncharged (0.8->0.9 kbs)
+ UAir has a bit less startup (f15->f12)

+ FSpecial pummel now charges NSpecial slightly each time, giving Matt another way to charge it up and a greater incentive to use pummel

- Lowered some movement stats to make Matt a slightly slower character (dash 5.75->5.25, init dash 6.25->6, walk 3.25->3, air 5->4.75, air accel 0.3->0.27)

+ Added a new victory theme that uses Matt's theme
+ Added KoB_grabbed compatibility
+ Fixed a funny interaction where if Matt trades with another move with the FSpecial grab, he'd sometimes be sent away at a very low angle (probably fixed it, anyway)
+ Added some more electric effects to dash

Nerfs
- When using rune K, the increased size stats are much more mild than normal (mainly to make the rune just a bit less instant win in rune matches)
- Nerfed and moved around a lot of other runes for the same reason as rune K, as Matt was way too good with runes lol

+ Brought back the old boss mode! The newer boss mode is still CPU lvl 1, but the old boss mode can now also be accessed on CPU lvl 2
