- UThrow uppercut hitbox has less lifetime to better match the animation (mostly just affects FFAs and 2v2 though)

- Updated anti-armor breaking code, now it should only affect opponents who actually hit Matt, and ignores teammates

- Added more effects to NSpecial's charging, which looks cooler, but also indicates charge better. Matt also has more electric particles when fully charged
- Added some anti-armor breaking code if something puts Matt into hitstun despite having super armor
- Colored outline when armored now recolors with alts
- Improved Matt's AI more
- Overhauled Boss Mode completely; if you set a Matt CPU to level 1 it will do all sorts of crazy things it couldn't do before
- Fixed rune L not charging the new NSpecial fully

- Added some new SFX on moves like NSpecial, UStrong, DTilt, and grounded USpecial. Also improved grounded USpecial with some more effects

Fixes / Other Changes
- Overhauled lightning strike hitboxes for UStrong and grounded USpecial, making them use less effects and hitboxes overall. So the code is a bit less messy, it's more optimized, and works better with certain KoB interactions
- Fixed some more unintended projectile interactions and compat with other KoB chars
- Fixed shader stuff not working properly on the CSS when playing online

- Fixed planet physical hitboxes being absorbable
- Fixed bug where if a planet got parried while moving downwards in it's beginning state, it would fly at Matt but not get a proper hitbox like it should
