Nerfs
- Added a new mechanic where Matt will take extra damage and hitpause if he's hit during the endlag of certain attacks (FStrong, UStrong, DStrong, FSpecial punch, etc) on whiff. Intended to further balance out very large/powerful moves in a unique, more fun way
- Removed DStrong shockwaves (they fit well, but kinda redundant now that it has lightning strikes)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed some leftover code from old FStrong that would bug out the new FStrong animation on certain alts (yikes!)
+ Fixed an error with Matt's AI

Buffs
+ New FStrong has slightly faster startup while uncharged, and the sourspot can spike aerial opponents
+ New FStrong has extra lightning strikes when charged enough, and so does DStrong
Nerfs
- New FStrong has a bit less vertical range, and sweetspot is slightly less powerful due to the added speed (1.4->1.3 kbs). Armor also slightly reduced in places
- Both new FStrong and DStrong have additional endlag when charged enough, to compensate for the new lightning strikes
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Completely re-animated FStrong! It is still mostly the same move, but has a much cooler, more satisfying animation. Also includes a new design for Matt's hammer and some file size reductions
+ Added a new dash turn animation which should look nicer
+ Added some new sfx and vfx, improving the gamefeel for several moves (FStrong, DStrong, DSpecial, etc)
+ Overhauled and simplified the armor outline effect, it's now just colored if its super armor and black if its a lower amount

+ Made Matt's AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases. Also includes some character-specific AI improvements, like better usage of NSpecial, FSpecial, etc
+ Fixed anti-cheapie a bit (should be less strict, to hopefully have it trigger less on accident)
+ Added 'ThunderHitbox' for KoB interactions
+ Added 1 more Miiverse post

Fixes / Other Changes
+ Matt now has a completely new USpecial! I wasn't quite satisfied with the old one, but hadn't gotten around to making a new one til now. It's mechanically very similar to the older USpecial, but feels more satisfying to use, looks cooler, and is more distinct from FSpecial's UThrow.
I've been planning to do this with a few more moves as well (like FStrong probably), but for now I wanted to push this.
+ Added some new lightning trail effects, used on the new USpecial, Jab3, DAttack, FSpecial, etc
+ Added angle 0 to full charge NSpecial
+ Removed old Feri compat
+ Some misc code improvements
