*Fixed an issue with the Golem Rune Traps not placing

Update v.09:
*Small tweaks to the Reborn Keeper Core's stats:
+Workshop ability increased (20 > 35)
+Jeweler ability (0 > 35)
-Melee potential decrease (7 > 2)
+Magic potential increase (12 > 15)
*Updated or added structures that can be built:
+Advanced & Gnome traps (research to unlock)
+Automaton storage
*New ability acquired: Runic Knowledge Lv. 1.
*Use Runic Knowledge to craft runes which are needed in order to:
+Create a rune trap. When triggered, animates local stone into a powerful, but temporary rune golem.
+Erect magical barriers. Expensive and time consuming, but powerful.

Revert to live version until I can get newest version updated correctly.
