small little change to the menu eastereggs, fixing a little thing that bothered me when I checked to see if they worked on the newest update. if youre reading this, try doing something silly with the mod's in game menu and then starting a new run, there are two fun little things that can happen :)

fixed a few non-working perks for the 1.0 update

changed up how 'obtrsuive perk icon' perk worked.

fixed bug with gui making innactive areas on screen

in typical fashion I forgot to actually finish something before uploading the last one
