Update 87: 1 Year Anniversary!

Today marks the 1 Year anniversary of the initial release of this mod. It's been a long road starting from just a multiplayer faction of some CE marines to what the mod is today.
I never expected or intended for the mod to grow this much, I'd basically planned to just re-add Apones old CE skins for people to mess with in skirmish and leave it at that, but after the overwhelming support and encouragement I recieved from fans of the mod, I just kept going and going and we've ended up here.
I am extremely grateful to everyone who has shown support for me and the mod, no matter how long you've known about it for. It's the enthusiastic messages and ideas for features as well as the motivational comments that have kept me going as long as I have done, so seriously, thank you for all the praise you've thrown at me up until now.
Fitting with the theme of this event, I've finally added a character that's been requested for a while, the Arbiter Thel'Vadam with his Halo 2 Anniversary model as well as the Masterchiefs H2A model as well.
I hope you'll all enjoy these additions and continue to support the mod!

-Added Arbiter unit to "human/halo/halo 2/anniversary/covenant"
-Added Halo 3 Arbiter voice pack
-Aded Masterchief skin (H2A model)
-Added Masterchief unit to "human/halo/halo 2/anniversary/unsc"

-Added a "ins" (Insurgents) folder to "human/mp" containing some vanilla game rebel units but with unsc weapons

-Lowered the armour rating of mortar Wraiths front and side armour by 50
-Increased the armour of AA Wraiths to match the mortar Wraiths
-Lowered the armour rating of shadows from 3 to 2

-I also compressed the entity folder into a .pak file this update and haven't done much testing to see if it has messed with anything, so keep an eye out and inform me of any bugs with vehicles and skins

-Added 5 new forerunner buildings

-Raised the HR DMR fire rate up from 80 to 120

Update 85:

-Added 7 new forerunner buildings

-Gave all spartans the SEAL knife
-Increased the AP/Damage value of rocket and fuel rod launchers from 500 to 1000
-Edited the hitbox of the cov heretic room1

Update 84:

-Added 5 new forerunner constructions

-Disabled the CE factions alltogether
Added a new entry to the mod customisation discussion explaining how to re-enable them
-Defined the crew and passenger tags in the following vehicles: Spirit, Phantoms, Pelicans & Falcons
I think this means that when you tell people to dismount, the crew will stay inside unless you manually tell them to leave
-Reduced the max fire rate of the H2A carbine when in direct control
-Renamed the "halo" map to "small_battlefield"
-Added the "sniper" tag to all the sniper squads.
I assume this changes how the ai use them but we'll all find out the hard way together.
-Added ai spawning code for the Armoured Warfare mode

Update 83:

-Added "vanilla" brute skins that use colours closer to the actual Halo 3 ones (Minor, Major, Ultra infantry and captains)
Thanks to Guga666555 for letting me use his cyan brute armour texture
I've added a discussion to the workshop page called "Customising the mod" with instructions on how to enable them in skirmish/conquest
-Added units that use the new brute skins to "human/halo/halo 3/covenant/covb_vanilla
-Added a new forerunner building to "construction/_halo/forerunner/building"
-Enabled the ai to fire side turrets while the player direct controls the Falcons, Pelicans & Phantoms

-Created a new "alliance" (like Coalition and Resistance) called CE Halo factions
-Moved UNSC (CE) and Covenant (CE) to the new alliance, so they stop spawning in Conquest
-Updated the COVB wraith to have the same lights as the COVE one
-Increased the initial wait time before being able to spawn Scorpions and Wraiths in skirmish to 600 seconds
-Increased the initial wait time before being able to spawn air vehicles and AA Wraiths in skirmish to 450 seconds
-Reduced the hornet/falcon main guns magazine count to 100 rounds from 750 and gave both vehicles 200 spare rounds in their inventories up from 60

Update 82:

-Added rank variations for the flood elite (minor, major, zealot, specops, ranger & stealth)
-Added units to the FLD unit folder for each of the new skins
-Added the level 1 Covenant Temple from Halo Wars 1 as a building for maps

-Decreased the ai's priority to spawn infantry squads riding Shaodws in skirmish/conquest
-Increased the ai's priority to spawn vehicles in Conquest

Update 81:

-Added my first Patron reward skin, Murasaki. Corresponding unit can be found in "human/halo/patrons"
-Added flood infected elite skin (H2A model)
-Created a new Flood units folder "human/mp/fld"
-Moved the flood infected Jackal units into the new MP/FLD folder
-Created flood infected elite unit to go with the new skin (Only ultra currently)

While working on these models, I learned how to add custom first person arms to my skins, so I intend to include them for all future skins, as long as I remember to make it each time

-Gave the CE wraith the correct ammo in its inventory
-Edited the Falcon grenade launcher side guns to mirror the stats of the vanilla game mk19, just with a slower fire rate

Update 80:

-Added the revamped phantom/spirit turrets ammo to the resupply script
-Increased the poly count of the Spirit LOD model so it doesn't have massive holes in the cockpit
-Fixed some squads selling for more than they cost in Conquest for the following factions (UNSC Army, UNSC Navy, Covenant (Brute Leader))
(Pretty sure I didn't miss any in these factions)
-Made the UNSC Army Pelicans both take up 12 CP to match the UNSC Navy ones
-Changed the machine gun turret on the CE scorpion to the Warthog chaingun
-Gave the side turrets on the Falcons and Phantoms the turning limits of the side turrets from the vanilla Russian Mi17
-Added a new field icon for the flood infected jackal units
