- Changed the code for the production core project to add a better fallback option. This should hopefully fix the Dark Matter Production Core Project getting stuck.

- Added a Production Core Project unstuck button, in case the game swallows the follow up event after the special project has concluded, making you stuck with an unfinished project which you could only advance via console command.
- Added the buildings added by the last update to the AoT debug event.

- Buffed the hive depot on all tiers to be on par with the mansion building for normal empires
- Added sigma and phanon Tiers of the Cryo Chambers for machine empires.
- Added sigma and phanon Tiers of the Dimensional Nexus.
- Prevented mansion tech appearing for machine empires which are not being able to build any mansions.

- Drastically buffed Phanon Armor components to be a half way upgrade to Omega Tier Armor.
- Drastically buffed Phanon Hull components to be a half way upgrade to Omega Tier Hull.
- Drastically buffed Phanon Shields components to be a half way upgrade to Omega Tier Shields.
- Increased the cost of Phanon Shields upgrade components to reflect the new buff.

- Fixed Phanon Megastructures not blocking the construction of other Phanon Megastructures.
- Added support for the Dawn of Ascension (DoA) mod resolving a possible conflict between their Automated Buildings and the ones used in this Mod.
Their ascension event now allows you to skip this Mods Dark Matter Production Core Project to unlock the AoT Automated Buildings.
