Minor changes

- Changed some points on the map to try to increase the performance of the scenario a little;
- Changed the locations of the Weapons / Equipment and Supplies stores. I tried to put them in constructions that already existed on the map in order to reduce the number of objects on the scene;
- Now the personager can be spawned in 5 different places at random;
- Added more vehicles on the map and more boxes with repair items.

- Fixed an error that caused enemies not to load on the map. Enemies spawn between 1km ~ 2km from the player.
- After clearing some points of interest on the map, they can be populated again after a while.

Added some cars at some points on the map. In cities, cars have a low probability of not being there...
