The big one!

Refactored the code so that it's easier to reuse.
The boss now has a check for high projectile density, making things like Cuphead, Spreader less effective.
The difficulty graphic is now at the healthbar for multiplayer.
Hitstun now affects the boss as opposed to it being equal to the player's hitstop.
More, probably.

Heatlth increased 1.2X, Multiplayer Damage Multplier 0.8 > 0.6;

Hotifx: multiplayer matches no longer crash the game when ending a match.

Fixed the win screen. If no one is alive, everyone loses automatically. If you die, your damage is divided by 2.
Team wins still isn't fixed. I filed a bug report for this.
