-Added option to remove a vehicle from the logisitics window only if your the leader/ own that vehicle to keep it from getting clogged up/ in case something goes wrong with it.

-(I belive) made it so AI will always spawn with at least one Firs Aid Kit in their inventory so they can actauly heal themselves, lowered chance of various inventory items spawning to compromise.

-Changed units NATO uses on Tanoa and Livonia (for hopefully the last time.)

-Added in fuel can to misc buyables, carries 5L of fuel.
-Added in some of an In-game manual, will update it as i go along.
-Added new vehicle that NATO to use.
-Changed NATO on Livonia to use LDF gear and vehicles.
-Switched Resistance on Livonia to use Enoch’s flags rather than Tanoa's
-Slightly changed police units on Livonia and Tanoa.
-Fixed not being able to transfer items between APC's.

-Added in UN mandated IDAP supply drops that will come occasionally to the island/map, hunt them down and loot their contents for a decent profit.
-Edited police loadouts to be more thematic, they now only use 9mm and .45 weapons.
-Blacklisted AI from using ak74u which would spawn with a broken magazine.

-Set cba_settings to use default ace settings
-Added in "civilian" NVG to surplus(backpack) stores, Nato will not get angry if you’re seen wearing these specific goggles.
-Readded Looting truck, changed it to use civilian truck model rather than the AAF.
-Made it significantly harder for the AI to send in a gunship to attack a town during the early game.
-Fixed Tanoa.
-Nudged bases on Altis so their restricted areas no longer overlap the main highway.
-Edited flag marker used on Altis for consistency.
-Added in missing bikey.
