- adjusted renderdepth on the traffic terminal, some displays would not show correctly all the sudden :S

note: busy adjusting terminal sprites, and the prisoner sorter also seems to be broken since the Rock...

- fixed Cargo Helipad not showing selected deliveries items after loadgame
- fixed Intake Chinook renderdepth issues while it is opening its doors
- adjusted the spites of the Intake Chinook
- Chinook Guard and Pilot can now be sacked
- fixed renderdepth issues with Traffic Terminal when prisoners arrrive
- adjusted the sprites of the Traffic Terminal
- fixed some call-out issues with firemen
- fixed displays on Traffic Terminal showing 'On Route'
- added button on Traffic Terminal to toggle vehicle lights: always on / never / only during night
- added Water Fence and some diagonal floor tiles with Water & Sand, Dirt, Snow, LongGrass, Grass
- added Glass Door for the Glass Wall
