Ranks 5 and behind will keep their pikes up but will now lower them when enemies get in range.

-Updated for patch 8

-Updated animations slightly so that the 4th rank will walk with their pikes down.

-Gave the phalanx formation a slight missile block change to signify when missiles hit the pikes.
