-Added the same medkit healers and fire extingushers from pootis engage
-Made house near spawn be half way decorated and damaged
-Made house near cafe be half way decorated and damaged
-Changed concrete debris texture to be more fitting
-Changed the toxic water to be the portal liquid
-Changed stairs of the tower to be accurate to the stair rules to allow for NPC usage
