Re-Worked Coverage of the added armors. They no longer protect limbs at all, but are nigh impentrable in terms of chest, stomach and head. Rendering limbs absolute weakpoints now.

Nerfed strength gain on all hazard units from 2x to 1.5x, will lower this further if it still proves to be ridiculous.

Lowered 8-balls starting strength by a very small margin.

-Reduced Oni raid radius (I think). This should hopefully stop them from coming all the way from venge to raid you in the ass end of nowhere. I cut the large radius down from 7000 to 4000, and the small radius from 5000 to 3000.
