Updated SBS HERMES Mk.III TRANSPORT and WATERBOMBER (Update for v1.0).

- Added a toggle button to the right of the Copilot that manually opens and closes the Drogue Refilling Hatches. Previously the Hatches were triggered by the length of the cable. With the new hoses in V1.0 the length trigger wasn't working properly so changed it to manual activation.

Updated SBS HERMES Mk.III TRANSPORT and WATERBOMBER (update for v1.0). Renamed vehicle from "SBS HERMES Mk.III TRANSPORT and WATERBOMBER" to "SBS HERMES Mk.III TRANSPORT and WATERBOMBER (update for v1.0)".

- New Handheld Tools added from V1.0
- Added Fuel and Water Connector Anchors to accomodate new hoses
