Farm based animals should no longer despawn when inside prefab buildings.

Fixed a few missing building tiles.

Replaced all air tiles with pink tiles in all buildings to allow better meshing with terrain or rather to make it easier for people to create megastructures using multiple buildings.

This also happens to fix a weird bug when you place buildings in the ocean it would prevent water from flowing.

Fixed the spawn issue but it will only work on new buildings due to the added stagehands.
It's not an ideal fix but it works, basically i've put a stagehand over all the dungeons which acts as a kind of "safe" zone.
Whenever a monster enters this zone they will be despawned. The script should run every second or 60 frames so hopefully it doesn't negatively affect performance.

Added the hylotl ocean city, i modified it slightly so it doesn't have to be placed underwater.

Cleaned up the interface so everything is displayed properly.
