Exiled Lands
- overhauled cloudscape in snow and new cimmeria biomes so those areas actually can exhibit different states then full overcast, expect dynamic clouds that shift along weather.
- actually expect snow biome to be drastically more visually dynamic now, thou imagespace makes more sense only of you also use Audio-Visual add-on due to dynamic snow from add-on.
- also slightly reduced desat in new cimmeria since it can have sun now, but don't worry, even with sunshine it is still properly gloomy and doomy, can't have merry things around Crom worshippers, can we?

- retrofitted Jungle ambience, that closes full circle of Exiled Lands overhaul with Jungle being first and last biome I worked on

- new MCP setting that allows moonlight intensity control

Island of Siptah
- adjusted seasons lightning
- slightly increased amount ambient light on Island of Dusk

- changed wet season sun colours again, turns out going overly natural with measured sunlight temperature not always brings desired results.
- looked good in general but broke scene feel I was after in many places, so here's something completly different with increase to ambient light levels in new cimmeria, because it was getting too dark there during wet season
- and sorry for two updates in one day

Sunpath will simulate changes of the seasons
- zenith goes higher during dry season and lower during wet season with intermediate season as a reference
- as a bonus this fixed sunpath on IoS that indicated island was located on southern hemisphere, while it supposed to be found west of Stygia

- adjusted sun and daylight curves to blend bettter in desert biome
- adjusted moonlight tone so it would be slightly easier to discern general details when it shines on things

Hotfix for settings not replicating and causing clients not to load whole dataset at all, cause I always have to miss this one checkbox somewhere
