General
- adjusted general light & fog parameters to further mitigate broken albedo #fix is coming... soon(TM)
- upgraded distant heat haze material to look more natural and be subtle during intermediate season while more vivid during dry season

Exiled Lands
- adjusted sand dunes sub-biome ambience

Island of Siptah
- added distant heat haze to floodlands biome for visual consistency with savanna and ashlands
- adjusted acheronian ruins sub-biome ambience

update 2.7 apparently broke volumetric fog parameters in EL and in effect broke my custom light, I altered setup as much as possible to mitigate,
but until (if ever) funcom fixes underlaying issue say goodby to advanced light and effects, no more realtime rendered light shatfs or immersive foggy occlusion
seasons got less visually fleshed out and do not look exactly as intedned too

oh, but I got distant heat haze working as intended in EL, so that much good news

- had to rollback Exiled Lands distant haze until I figure out workaround to one tiny map design limitation I did not took into account
- distant heat haze works on siptah just fine

- Heat haze, also called heat shimmer, refers to the inferior mirage observed when viewing objects through a mass of heated air. Common instances when heat haze occurs include images of objects viewed across arid biomes of Exiled Lands as well as Savanna biome on Isle of Siptah roughly between 10 in the morning and sunset, except during wet season when it does not accur at all.

- fixed human error that resulted in arid biomes of Exiled Lands not receive seasonal temperature cycle profiles...
ehem, cause exec wasn't connected to state machine... nevermind, carry on...

- resolved tension (obviously caused by upcoming winter solstice) that made moon kidnap the sun over arid biomes of Exiled Lands

- fixed bug that caused Siptah moonlight ot be overbright after server restart and overdim when adjusted in MCP
- also tweaked nights a bit while at it (in EL too)

- seasons can now be changed at runtime, no need to reload clients
- unlike other settings that work immediately, after admin hits [save] in MCP, selected season will apply in roughly 5 seconds
