1) Talandar: Purifier dataweb now also influences religious units.
2) Warbringer: Combat strength bonus of the worldwonder now affects ALL units in the map.
3) Warbringer: Robotics bay now provides +25% production to ALL units trained in the owner city

1) Reduce additional adjacency bonus of Campus and Industrial zone from +1 for each district to +1 for every 2 districts.
2) Campus and Industrial zone now provide +1 Amenity for the owner city respectively.
3) Reduce training production boost of the robotics facility from +35% to +10%.
4) Reduce extra movement provided by the robotics facility from 2 to 1.
5) Reduce production on Builders and Settlers for Probius from 25% to 10%. Only improved resource provides +1 production and +1 gold.
6) Reduce extra yield of Assimilator towards improved resource plot from +3/+3 to +2/+2.
7) Increased production demand for Pylon, whose adjacency bonus to specialty district is decreased from major to minor.
8) Purifier Conclave now provides +2 Amenities for your cities within 6 tiles.

1.Cyber Amalgamation
1)Per district Adjacency bonus increased from +0.5 to +1.
2)From each foreign-income trade route, campus or industrial district building will provide it +1 science and +1 production at each upgrade level while your city gain 3/4/5/6 gold income as reward respectively.

2.Probius
1) Operation master now provide +0.5 common on-resource-plot outcome bonus on production, science, gold fields, and +0.5 specific type bonus for bonus, strategic, luxury resource on production, science, gold.
2) Assimilator production cost increased by +50 from 450 to 500, maintenance cost increased from 2 to 4. Gold bonus from each assimilated improved resource plot increased from +1 to +4.

3.Talanda
1) Tactical Cyberweb - Initial buff range increased from 1 tile to 2 tiles, military engineering removed from range-upgrade technology set. Military Science, Robotics, Advanced AI will increase effect range of Tactical Cyberweb by 1 plot respectively, max-range kept 5 tiles.
2) Tactical Cyberweb - Patriot additional combat strength bonus added. "Each your military unit provides extra +1 Combat Strength to ALL your other military units in your territory when its IN your territory"
3) Purifier Conclave - Production cost reduced from +50%(600) to +28%(500), provides +2 science and +2 culture now, loyalty each turn increased from +4 to +8, and add anti-spy-power of 4 and +4 in-city-territory combat strength bonus for your military units.
4) Purifier Conclave - Extra Science and Culture yields on per-population removed, as replacement purifier conclave will grant its city +4 Science and +4 Production from each Relic, Music, Writing GreatWork kept in this city.

4. Leader CivPedia and diplomatic texts added, Talandar and Probius have their background introduction, gameplay suggestions, diplomatic quotes now.


This update is definitely a grand buff, cuz Campus and Industrial are not instantly available and does cost quite to construct and maintenance, while both Assimilator and Purifier Conclave are at quite high-level of its district building tree. Thus, there ought to be enough compensation from effects of these specialties mentioned to catch up players whose traits and specialties benefit much earlier and accumulate more.

Several games I played under Emperor difficulty to ensure changes I make are balance and proper.

Balance on Purifier Civ-ability, Cyber amalgamation:

IndustrialZone/Campus now receive +0.5 per-adjacent-district yield bonus on Production/Science outcome from Cyber amalgamation, but receive +1 Production/Science yield bonus when adjacent to city center.

Nerf on Probius - Leader ability:
1)Production and purchase cost discount on Builder and Settler is reduced by 5% from 20% to 15%.
2)Per--population-yield bonus on ALL-tree production/tech/gold for city whose centre locates on plot holds resource is reduced from 0.3 to 0.2, while per-population-yield bonus from specific resource-bonus is increased from 0.7 to 0.8.


Ps:

I've been entangled with a terrible exhausting complex work on model and audio resource for this mod, which shall certainly cost me inestimable time and vigor in mastering whole procession and finally get them ALL game-available.
Thus, I decide to commence the third leader of purifier, and then get prepared for next Protoss clan camp, during which period will I gradually get a complete master on Blender and WWise skills.
It is surely a pity that at least in the next several months cannot I attach Protoss audio and visual assets into my Protoss
mods. Sincerely, I request you fellows pardon on this flaw and beg for any solid assistance that may boost my power in conquering these parts.
