- Fully upgraded Art Installations grant a new campaign that gives +20% unity from bureaucrat and culture worker jobs, but also +10% bureaucrat upkeep
- Sentry Array gives +1 codebreaking every other level
- Interstellar Assembly gives additional trust cap
- Zro, Dark Matter, and Living Metal refinery jobs produces only 1 resource and has a higher rare resource upkeep
- Nanite refinery jobs now consumes alloys instead of minerals, has higher living metal upkeep

- Dynamic Resettlement Protocols gives +50% automatic resettlement chance instead of +10% pop growth from immigration
- Dynamic Resettlement Protocols gives -25% resettlemen cost (from -15%)
- Eater of Worlds gives +1 Mercenary Enclave

Bug Fixes:
- Mining Drone Drills and Void Lightning Conduits are given weights appropriate for rare technologies
- The Kha'lanka Crystal Plant no longer gives double jobs with the Advanced Rare Crystal Production tech
- Habitats can only be built over moons and asteroids if they have a deposit

Removals:
- Intergalactic Vassalage and equivalent techs removed (may be restored later in Expanded Diplomacy or Expanded Pops)
- Genesis Project does not start with fully efficient cloning vats by default
