Unfinished Trench Fortresses removed and replaced with "Comm. Bunkers".
Slightly more infantry cover added at the outskirts of the main town.
Resource change to North Comm. Bunker (Formerly North Unfinished Trench Fortress), was 35, now 20 as it was supposed to be.

AI not leaving base when Fast Travel is off has been fixed.
Culprit was the Earthern Ramparts, and as such, some of them have been replaced with sandbags.

More sandbags added to USSR base to make up for the removal of some Earthern Ramparts meant to cover the spawn.

Fixed spelling mistake on Kingtiger meant for USSR, should be available without issues again.

Vehicle changes: USSR tanks replaced with Panzerwaffe tanks due to issues with ai not utilizing vehicles.
Both sides recieves a basic armed car for 100CP (Faction specific)

Map changes:
Trench Fortress renamed into Unfinished Trench Fortress.

Note: Vehicle change for USSR may not be permanent, but this will be the final update unless another one is explicitly needed, like for balance issues and such.

Corrected Faction settings for BLUFOR and Independent. US Army was set as Blufor instead of IND.

Balance changes:
Changed CP value for sectors to be more symmetrical.
Changed incorrect unit costs for opfor.

Added a fourth connection to Neaville from La Durandiere, with appropriate CP gain change.
