-Increased starting heat and cold resistance.

-Terror attack upgrades have been buffed.

Major update! It looks like I may have made this scenario way too hard so I'll try to ease things a bit.
-Mission ability upgrades provide slightly bigger speed and range boosts.
-Most flavor events now give between 2 and 4 bonus DNA.
-The Cyber Temple combo now needs Mass Media 2, not 3.
-Starting air and sea transmission have been greatly buffed.
-New event chain involving a cult member running for office.
-God willing, the endings work now.
